Mr Jaime Sanchez, Wanted to send you an email to commend your technician over at Factory appliance, Oscar Robles. His dedication, diligence, and customer service is greatly appreciated in the repair of our whirlpool french door refrigerator. In mid May we called factory repair to service our refrigerator that had ice-making issues. With COVID, there was some delays in the first month, to no fault of factory appliance. Yet the issues we were faced with in repairing the refrigerator was a complex one eventually. Why I am writing? Its that Oscar exemplified, courteous, empathy,  and professionalism in trying to repair the issue at hand. He always left with optimism and positive feedback that factory appliance would take care of us, after the fact, on spending repairs that were in fact needed. He kept at it, with referencing the whirlpool call center, doing diagnostics, and ensuring we didn’t keep spending for unwarranted issues not needing a repair. We are very grateful to Oscar and his customer service approach, and salute you for having a class act on your team.
